Please call me for availability and rates. I prefer to discuss this with you in person. These rates are based on two person ocupancy. Additional guests, occur additional fees.
There is a refundable $500 Security Deposit upon departure, if no damage has occured. There is also a $50 fee for your Guest Pass, to enjoy The Villages amenities, and for the cleaning fee that varies on size of the home. All homes include: Internet service, land line phones and many TV channels. Our Owners request No Smoking and No Pets.
